Flash me.

Just a quick thing, final art on 'Matt and Alice'. And below that is how I'm working to stop me confusing myself. The grey is the workspace and doesn't show on the movie, the white is the actual frame space, i.e. eveything else gets cropped out. The two lines are so I can line up the mouth everytime (I think I've ballsed that up though). And then the word obviously is so I can tell where I am in the transcript.
I'm on the last stage of just tweaking the timing. And it's bloody tedious.
